A 50% of the total amount is required to
secure and confirm a reservation and the
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of a cancellation this deposit is
not
refundable but if we're notified at least
20
days before arrival year
round and
30 days for Christmas,
New Year
and Holy week - it will be credited - for
one change only - to a future rental
rescheduled at the convenience
of both parties according to availability.
