arrival.  In case of a cancellation, 
this deposit is not refundable but will be
credited to a one change only for a
future rental provided we are notified
at least 30 days prior to the dates of arrival.

Los precios no incluyen IVA, en caso de requerir 
factura se debe agregar un 16%.
Para reservar se requiere depósito del 50%, y 
debe quedar liquidado un mes antes de 
la fecha del evento. 
Las instalaciones se entregan en perfectas 
condiciones por lo cual es necesario dejar un depósito
en garantía de $ 10,000 MN con el fin de subsanar 
cualquier daño, dicho depósito si no es utilizado,
le será reembolsado al finalizar el evento.
Con el fin de cuidar y conservar la imagen de las 
áreas verdes, queda prohibido introducir cableado
o cualquier mobiliario que pudiera dañarlas. 
El costo de la renta incluye solamente el uso de
las instalaciones (baños para hombres y mujeres, 
cantina-bar y zona para montaje de platillos), 
iluminación del jardín y de la alberca durante el 
evento; también podrá realizar su ceremonia 
civil o religiosa en la playa. 
La renta de la planta de luz tiene un costo de
$ 10,000.00 pesos hasta para 200 personas.
Si el cliente decide no rentar la planta de luz con
nosotros,  esta obligado rentar  una planta de luz 
con el fin de garantizar el suministro de energía 
eléctrica durante el evento, para lo cual será 
necesaria una carta responsiva donde el o el 
banquetero se comprometen a llevar dicha 
planta el día del evento. Sea Paradise no 
suministrara energía eléctrica para 
el montaje, música, etc. 
Usted podrá hacer uso de nuestras instalaciones
durante 24  horas, de 7:00 am del día del evento 
a 7:00 am del día siguiente, tiempo en el cual debe 
ser retirado cualquier mobiliario contratado (sillas, 
mesas, equipo de sonido, bebidas, etc.) ya que 
a partir del segundo día se hará un cargo de 
$ 3,000.00 MN por cada día de demora.
No incluye ningún tipo de mobiliario o servicio, 
por lo que es obligatorio cubrir el pago de $ 600.00
pesos, por el servicio de dos personas (hombre y
mujer) para que estén a cargo de la limpieza de los baños.
En ningún caso el anticipo del 50% será reembolsado.

  In order to make a reservation you have to deposit 
50% of the total amount and the balance has to be
paid 30 days prior to the event.
The facilities are given in perfect conditions  and 
you need to make a $10,000.00 pesos guarantee 
deposit to cover for damages or losses. this deposit 
will be returned to you after the event, discounting 
whatever turns out to be necessary.
  In order to preserve the image and appearance 
of the green areas it is forbidden to bring in 
cables or any kind of furniture that could damage it.
The cost of the rent only includes the use of 
the facilities (bar and kitchen preparation area, men 
and women baths), garden and pool illumination
during the event.  You can also celebrate the
civil wedding or religious ceremony 
on the beach.
The rent of the power plant has a cost of 
$10,000.00 pesos for up to 200 people.
The power plant is mandatory to guarantee the 
supply of power during the event. If the client 
decides not to rent the power plant with us he has to 
give us a prommisary letter in which he states that
he or his caterer will provide the power plant to
supply electricity during the event.
Sea Paradise will not supply electricity for the
music, montage, special effects, ect.
You can make use of our facilities for 24 hours,
from 7 am of the day of the event to 7 am the 
next morning, after which time all the contracted 
chairs, tables, furniture, decorations, sound systems, 
beverages, etc. will have to be cleared and 
withdrawn from the property.  After that
for each day of delay a charge of $3,000,00 
pesos per day will be applied.
We do not include any kind of furniture or services.
You will have to pay an extra of $600.00 pesos 
for two people - a man and a woman - to be in 
charge of the cleaning of the baths.
The 50% down payment is never refundable.
